Since 1973, Pascal Bardoux is the guiding force behind the historic four-hectare vineyard in Ville-Dommange, a Premier Cru commune to the southwest of Reims. His vines are 50% Pinot-Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay – the three Champagne grape varieties that give the wines their qualities of fruitiness, power, freshness and finesse.
At the estate’s cellar, composed of galleries dug into chalk, bottles age undisturbed in constant coolness, darkness and silence. Every stage of winemaking is orchestrated by Pascal, and seconded by his son, Adrien.
